(Champaign, Illinois) COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL DEVONSHIRE REALTY (CBCDR) recognizes Arthur J. Thoma, Jr., CCIM, SIOR, for his outstanding real estate career with CBCDR. In a ceremony held January 30, 2014, Thoma was awarded in grateful appreciation for his 25 years of service and dedication to excellence.
Since 1989, Thoma has been involved in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate in the central Illinois area. After graduate school at the University of Illinois, Thoma received his Illinois real estate license in 1975 and has been working in Champaign County ever since.
He received the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in 1981, and became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1998. These professional designations are further proof of his commitment to the commercial real estate industry.
