Tim Harrington represented the Stamey family on the recently closed sale of 7.8 aces of Multifamily land at the SW corner of N. Prospect Ave. and Newton Dr. The Housing Authority of Champaign County purchased the property for the development of a senior living project. The site is located just north of the Watersedge Apartments complex at Interstate Dr. and N. Prospect Ave. Newton Dr. will be extended west from the Prospect intersection as a part of the project development. The Stamey’s also have several remaining commercial tracts in the growing N. Prospect Ave. available for sale.
