Tom’s team has pending acquisitions of 13 sites (1,996 beds), located in Colorado, Alabama (2), Michigan, Arizona, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California. Tom has previous student housing experience as a Principal and Founder of Royal Property from 1989 to 1996.
