Jerry is responsible for providing solutions for a variety of maintenance issues as they arise with our tenants and property owners.

Accounting Team

Teri Herzog – Director of Accounting
Teri provides guidance to the accounting department and reviews all corporate and property accounting functions. She prepares monthly financial statements for CBCDR.

Valerie Austin – Accountant
Valerie prepares monthly financial statements and annual budgets for several properties managed by CBCDR Property Management. She is also responsible for processing rent payments and billbacks to tenants. In addition she prepares monthly financial statements for Allied Capital Title.

Jayme Trafelet – Accounting Assistant
Jayme is responsible for processing accounts payable for properties managed by CBCDR Property Management as well as for the brokerage, building services, and administrative departments of CBCDR. In addition, she prepares monthly account reconciliations and analyses in connection with the preparation of the monthly financial statements for CBCDR.
