Coldwell Banker Commercial announced the award winners for 2015. Due to a very successful year, Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty achieved Commercial Elite status again this year. Commercial Elite is achieved when a franchise is recognized as one of the Top 15 Coldwell Banker Commercial companies in the nation. Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty has now achieved Commercial Elite status 12 of the last 13 years. Coldwell Banker Commercial also released a new annual award for Number One Office in North America in Total Transactions and Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty won this award.
