Team Members Defined
Cathy Rector – Director of Property Management
Cathy is the main point of contact for owners. She is responsible for overall team building and development to ensure client satisfaction and the effective delivery of client services are provided in a professional and timely manner. Cathy is also responsible for identifying new opportunities to assist property owners with our property management services
Kristina Norris – Residential Property Manager
Kristina manages all aspects of residential leasing and management, overall account receivable collections and tenant relations for our property owners.
Ashley Brazelton– Building Services Coordinator
Ashley is our front desk coordinator. She is responsible for all aspects of building service administration, including work order requests, entering of work orders and maintenance time entries.
Tyler Watson –Building Services Technician
Tyler is responsible for providing solutions for a variety of maintenance issues as they arise with our tenants and property owners.
Cedric Richardson – Building Services Technician
Cedric is responsible for grounds maintenance at managed properties. He ensures our properties are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion, including parking lots and all landscape beds.
