I don’t understand the pricing (NNN, Gross, etc.) Who can help me?

A rental rate quoted as ‘gross’ or ‘modified gross’ includes the base rent plus the proportionate share of real estate taxes, insurance and common area maintenance. A rental rate quoted as ‘NNN’ only includes the base rent and there would be an additional cost to cover the proportionate share of real estate taxes, insurance and common area maintenance.
