Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty and Devonshire Residential Management continue to follow and monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation as well as the State of Illinois Executive Order to Shelter in Place.
We appreciate your concerns and wish to reassure you that we are working to maintain the health and safety of our team members, our families, and our clients. To minimize risk factors for all, please note:
- While our team continues to work, our office will not be accessible via in-person traffic during the time set forth in the Executive Order. We continue to be reachable via phone and email. Note that our phones are monitored 24/7 by our answering service during the shelter in place time frame.
- Rent payments should be mailed to PO Box 140, Champaign, Illinois 61824-0140. No in-person payments will be accepted during the shelter in place order.
- Maintenance requests will continue to be monitored 24/7.
- Non-emergency requests should be submitted to maintenance@cbcdr.com.
Emergency requests can be called in to 352-7712 for commercial clients and 403-3300 for residential clients. These will be addressed on a case by case basis.
