Each year at CBCDR we nominate a member of our team whose performance reflects our innovative, passionate and client-centered focus. The 2023 Harrington Shapland Award of Excellence went to our Maintenance Supervisor Mike Harmon. Mike has gone above and beyond everyday to co-workers, clients and vendors. According to co workers who nominated Mike, “When I know Michael is on the job, I know all will be well”, “He’s an excellent mentor to others”, “Often requested by tenants”, “As supervisor he creates a respectful and trustworthy relationship with all”, “Never had a tenant complain about Michael. Always hear about his kindness, work ethic, and determination”. A big congratulations to Mike, well deserved!
