Caitlin Ritter

Caitlin joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty (CBCDR) in June 2023, initially serving as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning into a full-time Brokerage Assistant. In her previous role, she supported the Property Management department and helped ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office through a variety of administrative and organizational responsibilities.

In her current role, Caitlin coordinates marketing efforts for various property listings brought to the company by CBCDR brokers. Her responsibilities include developing brochures, creating custom aerial imagery, and producing digital and print advertising materials. She also manages property listings across multiple marketing platforms, social media content, website updates, email marketing campaigns, and listing analytics to strengthen CBCDR’s brand visibility and online presence.

Her experience in both property management support and marketing has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the company’s operations, allowing her to effectively support the brokerage team and its marketing initiatives.

Caitlin is originally from the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. Caitlin and her fiancé currently reside in Champaign. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
