Dana Flinn-Freeland is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor specializing in office, laboratory, research park, coworking, and mixed-use properties, helping landlords, developers, corporations, and business owners maximize the performance of their commercial real estate through strategic leasing, acquisition, marketing, and asset management.
Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty, Dana served as Managing Broker and Director of Marketing & Operations for Fox Development Corporation, where she managed leasing, tenant relations, capital improvement projects, property marketing, budgeting, and day-to-day operations across a diverse commercial portfolio. During her tenure, she negotiated more than $33 million in commercial office, laboratory, and retail leases while helping owners improve occupancy, streamline operations, and enhance the overall tenant experience. Prior to joining CBCDR and FDC, Dana built her career in the music and technology sectors, working with Analog Outfitters and Wolfram Research in public relations and marketing roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Illinois Wesleyan University.
