Renate began her career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty (CBCDR) in the fall of 2006, when she joined HDC Engineering. She transitioned to Devonshire Group in January 2007 before joining the CBCDR administrative team in 2009, where she has continued to grow her role and responsibilities within the organization.
In her role, Renate works with team members throughout the company to support the day-to-day operations of CBCDR. She enjoys working with people and helping them navigate challenges, find solutions, and succeed in their roles. Renate is committed to helping the company continue to grow and improve while maintaining a culture of teamwork, accountability, and quality.
Personal Profile
Renate was born and raised in Sidney, Illinois, and is a graduate of Unity High School and Parkland College. Before joining CBCDR, she spent several years working for a local agricultural real estate company and in the field of infant and child mental health. Renate and her husband, John, have two grown sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and gardening.
