Chance joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty (CBCDR) in February 2023. As a Maintenance Technician and Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, he is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and HVAC-related duties while assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Chance supports the team in completing work orders, troubleshooting maintenance and HVAC issues, coordinating and assisting with projects, and helping ensure that the maintenance needs of CBCDR-managed properties are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Originally from Philo, Chance graduated from Unity High School. He brings experience in landscaping and public relations to his role at CBCDR. Chance earned his HVAC certification through Parkland College in Champaign, further expanding his knowledge and skills in the maintenance and HVAC fields.
Chance resides in Sidney with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
