A CPA since 1977, Teri is the director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty’s accounting team providing the oversight and review of all property management accounting needs. She is responsible for her team providing timely, accurate, and detailed financial data to our clients on a ongoing basis. Teri’s expertise includes interacting with our clients and tax provider to streamline the tax preparation process. Teri is in her 14th year with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty and is currently the accounting director. Before joining Devonshire Realty, Teri was in public accounting for 15 years.
