Amanda Meyers began her tenure at Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty (CBCDR) as a Property Management Coordinator in 2024. She is responsible for the coordination of property maintenance for both Commercial and Residential real estate. She also manages/maintains the relationship with current tenants and owners in regards to the leasing, showing, maintaining, and negotiation of contract renewals for occupancy. Amanda comes to us well versed in the world of property management working in settings such as multifamily, tax credit, senior property management, and most recently student housing.

Amanda grew up in Gifford, Illinois with her parents and two younger sisters. She has lived and worked in Illinois, Indiana and even Texas. She is a graduate from Gifford Grade School, Rantoul High School, Parkland College, and DeVry University. She also studied Special Education at Illinois State University. Amanda has an empath personality with a gold work ethic. She believes in a job well done by putting in the effort both individually and as a team. Amanda has a big heart and loves to help others in need. When away from work she enjoys spending time with her family and watching musicals and Disney movies.
