Dana Flinn-Freeland is a seasoned real estate and operations professional with extensive experience in commercial property leasing, management, marketing, and organizational leadership. From 2020 to 2025, Dana served as the Managing Broker and Director of Marketing & Operations for Fox Development Corporation, where she oversaw major construction projects, tenant relations, and day-to-day property management across the company’s portfolio.

During her tenure at FDC, Dana played a critical role in negotiating leases, developing marketing strategies and materials, managing annual property budgets, and improving internal processes. As Managing Broker, she was instrumental in securing more than $33 million in commercial office, lab, and retail leases.

Before joining FDC, Dana built her career in the music and technology sectors, working with Analog Outfitters and Wolfram Research in public relations and marketing roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Illinois Wesleyan University.
