With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Zach has become a trusted market leader and top producer in the industry. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Commercial Real Estate, Zach earned his Illinois Real Estate License in 2007 and immediately began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty (CBCDR). Over the years, he has established a reputation for delivering exceptional results across retail, office, industrial, and investment properties.

Zach’s multifaceted career in real estate includes a unique blend of brokerage, property management, and business development. In 2009, he began consulting for CBCDR Property Management, focusing on marketing commercial vacancies and negotiating lease renewals. By 2014, his role expanded to Owner Services Director, where he took on responsibility for business development and the growth of the property management portfolio. In this capacity, Zach worked closely with property owners to align their goals with effective management strategies and foster strong client relationships.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation he earned in 2020, Zach applies advanced financial, market, and investment analysis to provide clients with valuable insights and strategies for their commercial real estate needs. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Zach is dedicated to giving back to his community. He is actively involved with several local organizations, including serving as a board member for the Developmental Services Center and a member of the Champaign Rotary. Personal Life
Originally from a small town outside of Effingham, Illinois, Zach gained hands-on experience in the construction industry while working for his father’s construction company throughout high school and college. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittney, and their two sons who keep him busy with soccer and baseball activities. He has a passion for travel, baseball, golf, skiing, boating, and hunting.
